The Board Chairman's Profile

Dr. Ogunnubi Olukayode Timothy has served as the Permanent Secretary of so many ministries in Lagos State Government like Office of Civic Engagement, Ministry of Establishment, Local Government Civil Service Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, and was General Manager of Lagos State Residence Registration Agency (LASRRA), Director of Valuation – Lagos State Valuation Office, and also was the Executive Secretary of Land Use and Allocation Committee (LUAC) – Lands Bureau.

Being the pioneer Director / CEO of the latter, he liaised with other relevant agencies of government to ensure that Lagos residents are adequately protected in the course of real estate transaction in the State. Apart from these achievements, he designed and instituted street directional signage known as Computerized House Numbering Signage Project for Lagos State in 2011 under the administration of Mr. Babatunde Fashola, erst, while being the Governor of Lagos State.

He pioneered the development of LASRETRAD’s portal, a database driven application that register and maintain the records of real estate practitioners in Lagos State.

He is an active member and a fellow of many professional bodies. He has won several laurels/awards for his role as a seasoned and articulate leader in different sectors while serving the State in various capacities.
